Mo by Energy Werx is a secure business management platform used by authorized Energy Werx employees, contractors, advisors, administrators, and business partners.

Depending on how a person uses our services, we may collect:

• Account information, including name, email address, role, and business affiliation.
• Customer and homeowner information entered or managed by authorized users.
• Scheduling information, appointment details, customer communications, workflow status, reports, and operational records.
• Technical information such as browser type, device information, login activity, audit history, and security logs.
• Google account and Google Calendar information when a user voluntarily connects Google Calendar to Mo.

3. Google User Data

When a user connects Google Calendar, Mo may request access to basic Google account information and calendar permissions required to provide the integration.

This information may be used to:

• Confirm the identity of the connected Google account.
• Read calendar availability and free or busy information.
• Help prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Create, update, or remove calendar events associated with Mo appointments.
• Maintain the connection between Mo and the user’s selected Google Calendar.

Mo does not use Google user data for advertising. Energy Werx does not sell Google user data or personal information obtained through the Google Calendar integration.

Mo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

8. Disconnecting Google Calendar

A user may disconnect Google Calendar through Mo where that option is available or revoke access through their Google Account permissions.

Disconnecting the integration prevents future access through the connection but may not remove historical business records or appointment information already stored within Mo.

Individuals may contact Energy Werx to request access to or correction of personal information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, program, and record-retention requirements.
